first week of posting electives

Having been in hospital for a week its been seen that being in jb hospital fir electives is totally diff from kedah. It is seen by the number of cases and the speed of changes of patients day to day..
 Me and my friends were kinda confuse with the dialect here as kedahan pronounce and describe words differently.
 Apart from that we had outings and fun and the few things we did were:

Where is the flower that blooms without shaking? Any of the beautiful flowers of this world all bloom while being shaken They shake on stems that grow upright Where is the love that goes without shaking?
